How do I book The Cottonwood Center?
To reserve your date, you must sign The Cottonwood Center's contract & pay the required deposit.
Can you bring in food?
Yes! We do not have a list of caterers that you have to pick from, so you may choose your own.
Should we get insurance?
Yes! When you sign our contract you have to carry liability and property damage insurance.
If you're having alcohol...
You will need to get Liquor Liability Insurance. Cater or Bartender to serve alcohol at their event should require liability policy and add them as additional insured.
What is your cancellation policy?
Non-Refundable deposit if canceled less than 14 days from the event.
How do I get my deposit back?
If passed inspection, everything is cleaned up, trash is taken out, then the deposit will be refunded within a week.
Can we hang things in the building?
Yes! You can hang decorations on the walls and ceiling, just be mindful. We don't want any holes in the walls.
Do you have tables and chairs available to use?
Yes! We have 12 round tables, 15 long tables, and 96 folding chairs available to use!
Do you have any table linens available?
Yes! We have 12 black long table linens that are 8' long. They are available to use for an added fee. We wash them after every event.
When leaving, what do I need to do?
Key returned, heat/air conditioning turned off (two thermostats, on both sides of the stage), lights turned off, all doors locked, carpet vacuumed, tables cleaned off, chairs cleaned off, linens returned, kitchen cleaned, and bathrooms cleaned.
How can I make a payment?
Make checks out to "Medic Investments", or we use Square, & Debit & Credit Card.
